Bound v0.1

A roleplaying game for three or five people. The players pair up, one of them taking the role of the Investigator, a mortal human, while the other plays the role of a Specter possessing them. Bound together, they complete contracts and missions for the Whispers, an organisation whose goal is to fight the evil powers of the otherworld.

What made me want to create this game was so me, my significant other, and our daughter could have an rpg to play together, with me as the game master, and they as players. Our daughter likes horror and the supernatural, so having her be able to play as a Specter was something I wanted to focus on. From there, the idea grew to have a second player playing a human, and come up with rules how they were bonded together, with different abilities and powers, at the same time as it should be fairly simple.

The rules are, in my opinion, very simple, but maybe not for complete beginners.

This game is under development, but the ruleset is complete, but open to revisions. However, feedback is greatly appreciated.

What is missing, but is soon coming, is an introductory adventure. I will update frequently as I finish more work.

Inspirations are Vaesen and Forbidden Lands, as well as Kult.
